I started learning to truly appreciate the body God had given me at the age of 15 when my Uncle lost his legs due to health reasons. My appreciation of movement and fitness caused me to learn all that I could about exercise and health. As I got older I realized that movement hygiene and being functional was more important than having huge muscles. As a certified Movement Specialist and Personal trainer, my number one goal is to help you safely learn how to move better and improve your functional health. But if you want big muscles I can also help you!
I offer training for both individuals and groups. Before designing a program for you I will conduct a thorough movement analysis, looking at over 67 components.
